I am a girl from the South and grew up as an Air Force brat. I was actually born in Madrid, Spain. After moving back to the US, I lived in Little Rock, Arkansas, Montgomery AL, and Fort Walton Beach, FL. I studied Physical Therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating in 1992. I attempted living in the North for a few years but the cold was too much and I made my way back to Florida. Most of my career has been spent in the Tampa Bay area. My folks were born and raises in the upstate, living in Greenwood, so I decided to be closer and moved here in 2013.
I have worked in many capacities over the years, but I have found my home working in the out patient clinic. I have focused my training in manual therapy techniques to address muscle and joint pain including certification in dry needling, sports performance assessment and conditioning for helping people return to full activity. I am passionate about women’s health and I have had specialized training in addressing the needs of the prenatal and post-partum clients as well as women with pelvic pain, urgency/frequency, stress incontinence and women dealing with menopause issues.
Core Values:
I believe that we don’t have to decline as we age and end our lives in frailty. My goal is to peak at 90! I believe that life is to be lived to the fullest. And if you hit a bump in the road, it’s possible to rise up like a Pheonix and become the You that continues on with a passion and joy for life.

I have specialized in women’s health and helping women establish fitness routines. I want to help people get out of pain as soon as possible and get back to what they love to do.
I enjoy treating women’s health issues as well as addressing musculoskeletal pain and helping folks resume full activity is so very rewarding.
We have a fantastic team atmosphere at Zone. We get the opportunity to work with our patient’s one on one for hour long sessions which is so unique and absolutely fun and rewarding.
When I am not working I just enjoy being active, pushing my body to the limit. I have recently completed several Spartan races which hooks me into signing up for the next one…
