Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level?

We’re now able to perform metabolic testing, resting metabolic rate and VO2 max, alongside a full 3D running gait analysis. Two ways to trade a guess for a number.

VO2 Master Metabolic Testing

VO2 max testing is a great way to see how aerobically fit you are, an important measure to track to make sure your fitness program is doing what it’s supposed to. It’s a strong fit for endurance athletes as well as team-sport athletes who deal with more start-stop and cutting motions. We set up different tests depending on your sport’s demands, and because our VO2 Master device doesn’t need to be hooked up to any hoses, we can run standard treadmill and bike tests, or build a test on the field, on the ice, or on the court.

3D Running Gait Analysis

Our 3D Running Gait Analysis is a comprehensive assessment that uses advanced motion capture technology to give you a detailed, three-dimensional view of your running biomechanics. By analyzing joint angles, stride length, and muscle engagement, we can identify the inefficiencies and potential injury risks that may be holding you back. Interested in taking your run training further? Ask us how 3D run analysis and coaching can help you improve as a runner.

Praise for Zone Physical Therapy.

What athletes say after training and testing with our team.

“They do a great job at explaining. Instead of saying “here, do this exercise,” they give me a reason for what the exercise works on and why it works.”
Sheldon Reed · Pitcher, Chicago Cubs
“This is a way to unlock your body and maximize its movements. Just as I take an importance to my practice and preparing, this is a part of that practice.”
Sierra Brooks · Professional Golfer

Five short questions. A real person calls you back, usually within two business hours, with times that fit your week.

The people who end up filling this out are rarely in the worst pain of their life. They’re just done working around it, done picking the errand that doesn’t require the stairs. If that’s the stage you’re at, this is the part where you stop researching and start.
