We are now able to perform metabolic testing, which includes Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 max testing. VO2 max testing is a great way to see how aerobically fit you are, which is an important measure to track to make sure your fitness program is doing what it’s supposed to. This is great for endurance athletes as well as team sport athletes who have more start-stop and cutting motions. We can set up different tests depending on your sport demands. Our VO2 Master device does not require to be hooked up to any hoses so we can do standard treadmill and bike tests or create our own on the field, ice, or court. Our aerobic capacity is also important to measure because we want to age well going into our later decades of life set up for success, continuing to thrive doing the things we love.
