Get to Know Dr. Clark

Before we dive into Dr. Clark’s impressive background, we invite you to watch his introduction video. In it, he shares his journey to becoming a physical therapist and his passion for helping patients achieve their goals.

From Pitcher’s Mound to Patient Care

Dr. Clark’s journey to becoming a physical therapist began on the baseball field. As a left-handed pitcher for Clemson University’s baseball team, he developed a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on athletes. He also understands the importance of working with a physical therapist who understands baseball since he had to undergo Tommy John surgery (UCL reconstruction) prior to his freshman year at Clemson.

This experience ignited his passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation, leading him to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Academic Excellence

After completing his undergraduate degree in Health Science at Clemson University, Dr. Clark went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the prestigious Medical University of South Carolina. This rigorous academic background, combined with his athletic experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of human movement and rehabilitation techniques.
