Pelvic Floor and Core Fitness Class

This is a beginner-level small group fitness class for women taught by a pelvic floor physical therapist to help you learn how to properly coordinate your pelvic floor muscles with general whole body strengthening exercises.  This class will also teach you a wide variety of exercises to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles while protecting your back and pelvic floor. Great for new moms who want to get back into the exercise routine safely!

Strength for Runners Class

This course is designed to help runners build strength in a safe, functional way. This class will teach you exercises to strengthen your body while also building your endurance and improving your stride. This type of training can help you to strengthen the muscles and joints affected by the high-impact activity of running, as well as decrease risk of injury. Not to mention, strength training can help runners gain speed and burn more calories!
